Teme Leisure is registered under the name of South Shropshire Leisure Limited (SSLL) and is a 'not for profit' organisation. Any 'profits' generated will be reinvested back into the business to improve service provision and ultimately benefit the community in arts and leisure service provision.

In April 2008 Teme Leisure added Cleobury Mortimer Sports Centre to its portfolio with SpArC at Bishops Castle being the next to follow a year later in 2009, and then in 2010 the new facilities at Church Stretton.
