SpArC Theatre is located in the SpArC Leisure Centre. There is ample parking, including disabled spaces, and the venue is fully accessible.

Bookings to any of the Theatre productions or Films can be done so via the box office email or telephone number above. Please be aware that payment is required with any booking. Payment can be taken over the phone by credit or debit card, or you can call in and pay in person.

Border Songs

Friday September 24th – 7:30pm  £8/£5 

Two well-known local performers, Roger Garfitt and Sue Harris, celebrate the rich history of the Marches in an exhilarating programme of Poetry & Dulcimer Music that begins with haunting echoes of Old Welsh and Anglo-Saxon poetry and ends with the iconic figure of Wilfred Owen deciding it is time “to break ranks”. They will let us in on some trade secrets in The Oldest Script, poems from Roger’s Residency at Acton Scott, BBC 2’s Victorian Farm, venture into a Latin-American sequence, From the Ridge, and round the evening off with The Woman’s Dream, a set of Herefordshire poems by Frances Horovitz in which they achieve the closest marriage yet of the voice and the dulcimer.
