Fitness Suites at Teme Leisure

All our Centres Fitness Suites are fully air conditioned. Teme Ludlow and Teme Church Stretton are equipped with state of the art Techogym equipment, who have the reputation of being the World's premier fitness equipment provider.

Teme Ludlow has the largest Fitness Suite with 49 stations, four 42" Plasma TV screens as part of the state of the art 8-channel audio-visual entertainment system. The uplifting lighting and decor provides the final touches to make your exercise sessions a stimulating and enjoyable experience.  

Teme Cleobury's Fitness Suite holds 22 stations and Teme SpArC and Teme Church Stretton Fitness Suites hold 18 stations.

An Induction is required at each Centre, where a fully quialfied YMCA Fitness Instructor will go through all your aims and write a personalised programme specific to your objectives for you to follow each visit.

Exercise Classes give you the chance to socialise as well as get fit and have fun. All classes are taken by qualified instructors who will give you the advice and motivation needed to meet your goals.

Teme Leisure offer an extensive range of exercise classes. There is a class to suit everyone's needs. Classes on offer range from Yoga to Boxercise, Studio Cycling to Pilates, Body Conditiong to Aerobics, and many more.

Advance booking is recommended and payment is required upon booking.
