Teme Ludlow's  Fitness Suite consists of 50 premier fitness stations to meet the requirements of the most exacting fitness enthusiast, and make waiting for equipment a thing of the past. The exercise environment is truly superb, with a state of the art 8-channel entertainment system including 4 x 42 inch plasma screens alongside uplifting lighting, decor and full air-conditioning to make exercise a truly pleasurable and stimulating experience.

The facilities are staffed by a team of dedicated fitness instructors, who have the essential role of ensuring each customer achieves their pre-determined fitness goals. The Fitness Suite is fully supervised to ensure an instructor is available to guide, assist and motivate customers on each and every visit. All new customers will be provided a supportive induction process to build confidence and ensure a tailor-made programme is developed to meet their personal requirements.
