Welcome to Ludlow. We have a variety of swimming activities available at Teme Leisure Ludlow. From the serious lane swimmers, to those with tiny tots, we cater for everyone. Please check our admissions policy if you are looking to bring young children. (found on the home page)

Lane Swimming:

This is dedicated for those wishing to swim uninterupted. There are slow, medium and fast lanes available, training plans are provided for all abilities. We do also offer adult only and ladies only swimming sessions.

Public Session:

The main pool and leisure pools are open. There are 2 lanes in the main pool where advertised.

Family Fun:

Floats, rafts and balls are provided for fun for all the family. Bubbles and water spurts will keep your children entertained in the leisure pools!!                                                                                                     

Starfish:

A special session which allows one responsible adult to bring 2 under 4's swimming. These sessions are held in the diving pool. Toys and lifeguard supervision will be provided.

Parent and Toddler:

Join our ASA teacher who will advise you on the first steps to introducing your child(ren) to water. Toys and floating aids are provided. Duckling Awards can be achieved during these sessions.

Flume:

Are you brave enough to ride our flume?  (Under 8's must be accompanied by a responsible adult)

Diving Pool:

Come and try out our springboard or if you dare dive from our 3m high board!!! (Able swimmers over 8 only)

Giant Inflatable:

See if you can make you way across our giant inflatable. (Able swimmers over 8 only)

Adult Swimming Lessons:

Our ASA teachers are here to help all abilities, whether it is confidence you need or to improve stroke technique just turn up and give it a go.
