Whether it be a new programme and regular reassessments to check your progress, a Weekly Personal Training Session , or a Small Group Training Session you can have with up to 5 of your Friends, they can help you achieve your goals.

I have been personal training for 6 years working with clients who have a wide variety of goals. There are many reasons why people choose to exercise. Whether you want to improve your sport performance, reduce health risks, or look and feel better I can help you achieve your goals using a functional, yet fun approach. I also have qualifications in TRX, Circuit training, and INSANITY. I have a passion for anything fitness whether that’s playing sports like basketball and rugby or doing charity events like the London marathon, Coast to Coast in a day bike ride, storm the castle and obstacle/mud runs.

I have been with Teme Leisure for over 5 years, working with my clients to achieve their individual and varied targets. I use an in-depth assessment to create a personalised programme tailored to reach each client’s specific goals, whether that includes weight loss, strength training, endurance training or simply an improvement in your overall wellbeing.
I have a passion for all things fitness, having completed challenge events myself such as cycling from John O’Groats to Lands’ End and more recently competing in strongman contests. I have worked with clients from all walks of life and can customise your programme with a variety of exercises and regimes.
As a Level 4 personal trainer I can provide training and support for clients with varying specific medical needs, including cancer rehabilitation, hypertension, diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, joint replacement, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and mental health challenges (e.g. stress, anxiety, depression).

I have been an advanced personal trainer for over a decade, I qualified with Premier Training International one of the leading training providers in the fitness industry. Before I qualified as a personal trainer I served 7 years in the British Army where my enthusiasm for health and fitness began. I have worked with many clients over the years gathering vast experience. This enables me to understand the clients training requirements to help them achieve their goals. My client retention is high, some of my clients have been with me for a decade and out of my current client base 92% have trained with me for a minimum of 3 years and 72% have been with me for at least 5 years. I have helped people with weight loss, muscle gain, pre and post natal, rehabilitation, sporting charity events, professional athletes and keeping fit and healthy for life. I can help you achieve your goals with a bespoke personal training regime to suit your health and fitness needs. I will give you nutritional guidance throughout your training sessions and monitor body stats ensuring you achieve your goals.
