I am a new Level 3 personal trainer at Teme Leisure and excited to start new journeys with different levels of ability to achieve a person's goal. I enjoy many sports such as rugby, football, tennis and like to train as much as I can at the gym with different sets of styles such as strength and conditioning, hypertrophy and circuits.
With a passion for fitness and wellness, I have been playing and studying sports through different levels such as Level 3 national extended diploma in sports through college to achieving BCs Hons Degree in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage at Cardiff Metroplitan University. Alongside this, I extended my skills further by qualifying for a level 2 gym instructor and level 3 personal trainer. During my time through education, I have gained experience by teaching at different levels such as beginners looking to start their fitness journey the right way, experienced people looking to try something new and semi-professional players for the university team increasing their fitness capabilities and maintaining it through thorough assessments and programming.
Whether it's losing weight, increasing your fitness or achieving a new goal in your fitness career, I will help you achieve your targets. With your session, I will assess, monitor and give you advice throughout to tailor your fitness program. As well as physical advice, I can provide Nutrional guidance such as macronutrients, supplements and calorie intake to aid your diet.

I have been an advanced personal trainer for over a decade, I qualified with Premier Training International one of the leading training providers in the fitness industry. Before I qualified as a personal trainer I served 7 years in the British Army where my enthusiasm for health and fitness began. I am a level 4 Personal Trainer and have worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years accumulating a wealth of knowledge and experience along the way. I have a passion for fitness myself, I play rugby locally and have completed challenging events such a cycling John O'Groats to Lands' End and more recently competing in powerlifting and Strongman events.
I use an in-depth assessment to create a personalised program tailored to the individuals goals. As well as the physical, I offer advice on calorie intake, macronutrients and work with you to help you improve your nutrition.
I work with clients with a variety of goal such as weight loss, strength training, endurance and pre/post injury rehab . As a Level 4 Personal Trainer, I can provide training for clients with varying specific medical needs, including cancer rehabilitation, hypertension, diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, joint replacement, COPD and mental health challenges (e.g. stress, anxiety, depression).
Alongside Personal Training, I am Level 3 Sports Massage therapist. Massage has a number of benefits both physical and psychological. It can help maintain healthy condition, prevent injuries and loss of mobility, cure and restore mobility to injured muscle tissue, boost performance and extend longevity in your given field.

I have been emersed in the fitness world for over 12 years now and have a great deal of experience from large group fitness classes to 1-2-1 pre and postnatal clients. Being a mum of three I can wholeheartedly relate to trying to juggle life’s endeavours with trying to keep fit and healthy and have myself encountered weight gain and weight loss over the years.
